4. Referals of other Malaysia electronic manufacturing companies that
has engage with the same program

Hi Lalith,

I've got a request for proposal from Hitachi and the above are some of the
questions asked.

Do you have a professionally done up proposal that I could use pls?

1)Lean Six Sigma Black Belt 6 week program ... Fee: US$ 9,000
2)Black Belt 4 week program ...................Fee: US$ 6,000
3)Green Belt 2 week program .................. Fee: US$ 3,000
4)Six Sigma Champion 2 Day program ............Fee: US$ 750
5)Lean Master 2 week program ..................Fee US$ 2,450

Can I confirm that 2 & 3 is actually Six Sigma Green & Black Belt

For Lean Six Sigma Program Outline, could I combine both of them pls? If so
how does
it look like?

Pls advise asap. Many thanks

Hi Fong Lee,

4 = Six Sigma yellow belt
4 & 3 = Six Sigma Green Belt.
4, 3, & 2 = Six Sigma Black Belt
5          = Certified Lean Master
5, 4, 3 & 2= 1 = Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Use Dr. Watts as the Program Chair. But no guarantee that they will get
Dr. Watts. Dr Watts is very much in demand for his time. If not Dr. Watts,
we will send another ISCEA Faculty member.

Regards!

Hi Fong Lee,

Yes, we can wait until 1st week in November. But in the past, the
workshops are 50%+ sold by 30 days. If you are not at 50% by mid next
months, it will be very difficult to hit the number.

With regard to Six Sigma & Lean Master Certifications, we issue the
certificates at the end of the workshop after they document the savings
(about US$30,000 for Green, US$100,000 for Black, and about US$100,000 for
Lean. These numbers change with the size of the company). It will be up to
the workshop attendee and their company to make that happen. ISCEA offer
post workshop follow-up audits and even ongoing on-site compliance help
depending of the size of the involvement with the given company.

Yes, Lean Six Sigma Champion workshops will be a good way for them to see
the value of Lean on top of their Six Sigma Black Belt. Dr. watts will be
able to help them with a road map. As I mentioned to you before, if they
attend our 10-day "Lean Master Workshop", we will certify them as "Lean
Six Sigma Black Belts". This is only possible since they already have the
Six Sigma Black Belt.

Best Regards!

Lalith

Hi Fong Lee,

Dr. Watts has a solution in taking care of some the constraints with
regard to Nov dates.

Any chance of moving the seminar to the week of the 19th of December?
That may resolve some of the problems with timing of articles etc. This
might also give us little more time to get few more people registered.

If this is OK with you we can change the dates in our sites and rebook the
6 who are already registered with ISCEA.

Thanks!

Lalith

HFL : Looking at the abovementioned, for each attendee, they would be
receiving a certificate
which confer on them the yellow/green & black belt at the end of the
workshop. Am I correct pls?

Do you have a standard proposal for me to use pls? Pls advise asap.

For the program outline, I'll just combined it and that should be fine? Am I
correct pls?

On the CSCM/CSCA, if the candidate fail the first attempt, how many more
times can they re sit
for it and what's the time window for them to do that pls?

I would suggest that a personal call to me to iron out the matter should be
the right move.

I also need to re look at our working arrangement too. I'm feeling some
pains now. Pls help me out asap.

GOOD NEWS, JUST GOT A CONFIRMATION FROM SAMSUNG FOR TWO ATTENDEES
AND BOTH OF THEM ARE MASTER BLACK BELT SIX SIGMA.

I know what you mean cos I'm feeling the pains now. Terribly worried abt my
investment going down the drain. I think ISCEA should have a budget to help
in the initial stages of new market development to assist the General
Partner i.e. afterall, ISCEA name is being promoted only. Have a serious
thought about this matter cos this would help ease the pains of the local
partner. I believed strongly that any successful business partnership shoul=
d
be started with Giving and then Taking at a later stage. Now is the time to
Give i.e. invest together to get ISCEA at the top in the market place.
Pls elaborate more on the post workshop audit and onsite compliance. How
does it work and is it part of the program or is it an additional program
that needs to be charged. If so how much is the cost pls?
Many thanks.

I know what you mean cos I'm feeling the pains now. Terribly worried a=
bt my investment going down the drain. I think ISCEA should have a budget t=
o help in the initial stages of new market development to assist the G=
eneral Partner=20
i.e. afterall, ISCEA name is being promoted only. Have a serious thought ab=
out this matter cos this would help ease the pains of the local partner. I =
believed strongly that any successful business partnership should be starte=
d with Giving and then Taking at a later stage. Now is the time to Give=20
i.e. invest together to get ISCEA at the top in the market place.

Pls elaborate more on the post workshop audit and onsite compliance. H=
>> > ISCEA Lean Master Program (2 Weeks)
>> > The =
Lean Master Certification Course is broken down into three modules
> =
of
>> > three days each and a final day for presentations and e=
valuations. At
> the
>> > end of each module, participants will be able=
to apply lessons learned
>> > through coached Improvement Acti=
vities which they will complete using
>> > situations from thei=
r workplace.
>> >
>> > ISCEA Qualified instructors will work wi=
th the students in real life
>> > example and methods that are =
critical to learning and to attaining a
> quick
>> > retu=
rn on their investment in the course. By the end of the program
>> > participants can expect to have completed a viable, Lean<=
br>>> Implementation
>> > Plan for their organization. A =
blend of in class facilitation, LEAN
> theory
>> > and co=
aching is used with each three-day module to ensure all
> participants
>> > get the full benefit of implementing=
> -
>> >
>> >> Hi Lalith,
>> &gt=
;>
>> >> The maritime one is going out next monday. Got s=
ome good news to
>> share
>> >> with you. Yesterday=
I met with a government agency that support
>> >> productivity initiatives in the commercial and govern=
ment sectors.
> Their
>> >> mission is to propagate th=
e PQM discipline. They are going to table
>> to
>> >&g=
t; the
>> >> management to send 10 participants to both of the wor=
kshops(I'll take
> it
>> >> as tentative bookings unti=
l I see the money in the company account).
>> If
>> >&=
gt; thing goes through as plan than we could have 10 certified trainers
>> for
>> >> both the workshops and that would giv=
e us a good platform to
>> penetrate
>> >> the
&=
gt;> >> local market. We more potential holders of CSCM in place t=
hen we
>> should
>> >> have more potential of them gettin=
g the others higher certifications
>> >> too.
>> &g=
t;> Coming 29/9/05, they would be conducting a one day free Six Sigma
>> >> seminar.
>> >> They promised to pass a=
ll the leads to me. I feel great and motivated
> to
>> >&=
gt; move this thing forward.
>> >>
>> >> I ne=
ed you to explain to me the path that leads to the higher
>> >> certifications and share with me scenarios of how thi=
s could take
> place?
>> >> I
>> >> was=
asked do one need to go to Green Belt first before going to Black
>&=
gt; >> Belt. What's the difference between them? What abt Certified L=
ean
> Master
>> >> and CSCA? How does it all comes togeth=
er? And also the RFID too? I
>> >> really
>> >&g=
t; need to know in details how all these would work out.
>> >&g=
t;
>> >> I would suggest you give me some trainings on how to =
sell and
>> position
>> >> these against ISO and Mo=
torola University offerings. Can you do that
> for
>> >&g=
t; me asap.
>> >>
>> >> When would you be sending me the=
12 titles to be featured on
>> >> <a href=3D"http://www.tec=
hbizreview.com">www.techbizreview.com. May I know what's Dr Watt email =
please, so
>> that
> I
>> >> could send it to the edito=
r to start doing the email interview asap.
>> >>
>>=
>> Pls advise asap. Many thanks
>> >>
>> &gt=
